Pay: $22–$26/hour.
Schedule:
- Sunday-Wednesday - 3:30 pm-2:00 am ($4.00 differential).
- Wednesday- Saturday- 3:30 pm- 2:00 am ($4.00 differential).
- Friday-Sunday- 6:00 am 6:30 pm (12% differential).
- Monday-Thursday - 3:30 pm- 2:00 am ($2.00 differential).
- Sunday- Thursday- 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm ($4.00 differential).

Job Store Staffing is hiring a Fabrication Technician I for a local manufacturing facility in Boulder! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, attention to detail, and learning new skills in a high-tech production environment.
As a Fabrication Technician, you’ll work with a team to produce precision optical components following detailed specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform optical fabrication processes including beveling, blocking, edging, milling, sawing, and grinding.
- Operate equipment to shape and finish components within tight tolerances (up to .001”).
- Inspect and clean parts to maintain quality standards.
- Read and interpret work instructions and blueprints.
- Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, and microscopes.
- Assist with general production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and math skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
